In the Repayments tab, you will find a full record of all issued statements, repayments, and connected accounts.
You can view and download detailed PDF statements with the account summary and a list of transactions for all previous statement cycles.
Your statements show:
- the date when the funds will be taken from the account you have connected to Cledara
- all settled transactions within the statement cycle
- all rewards you have claimed successfully within the statement cycle
Heads up! Pending transactions are not be included in the statements.
You can see the list of past and present repayments initiated in your workspace, their status, and their Xero or Quickbooks sync status:
Repayments take several working days to settle. Once it is processed, your available balance will be replenished.
If your repayment fails
Your repayment will fail if the repayment account is no longer active or it does not have sufficient funds for the repayment.
Please make sure that your account has enough money at the end of each statement cycle for us to initiate repayment.
If you want to add and set up another account as the repayment account, please follow the steps here.
This is where Admins can see the accounts they have connected via Plaid.
They can add another bank account and set it as the repayment account.
