Connect multiple bank accounts

You can connect multiple bank accounts to Cledara via Plaid to:

  • Extend your credit limit
  • Set another bank account as the repayment account

Admins of the workspace can add a new bank account to Cledara by following the steps below:

  1. In Repayments > Accounts, next to your connected account, you will find the New account section. Click Connect account and follow the steps to connect your new account through Plaid:

  2. Once you have connected the bank account automatically, we will recalculate your credit limit based on all the accounts you have connected so far.
  3. You will also have the option to choose the account we initiate repayments from:

If you can't connect your bank account automatically

Plaid will guide you through the steps to verify your account manually. This involves receiving a microdeposit within 1-2 working days.

Once you have received a micro-deposit, come back and verify your account by clicking Continue with the connection process:

If you connect the bank account manually, Plaid does not have the necessary transaction data to recalculate your credit limit.
