You can connect multiple bank accounts to Cledara via Plaid to:
- Extend your credit limit
- Set another bank account as the repayment account
Admins of the workspace can add a new bank account to Cledara by following the steps below:
- In Repayments > Accounts, next to your connected account, you will find the New account section. Click Connect account and follow the steps to connect your new account through Plaid:
- Once you have connected the bank account automatically, we will recalculate your credit limit based on all the accounts you have connected so far.
- You will also have the option to choose the account we initiate repayments from:
If you can't connect your bank account automatically
Plaid will guide you through the steps to verify your account manually. This involves receiving a microdeposit within 1-2 working days.
Once you have received a micro-deposit, come back and verify your account by clicking Continue with the connection process:
If you connect the bank account manually, Plaid does not have the necessary transaction data to recalculate your credit limit.
