If you need to change the details or budget of an application, you will have to go to the Applications tab and then select the application in question.
Subscription details
You can use the Edit button to:
- Update the application name, reason, and website
- Assign the application to team(s) and allocate the budget among the teams
- Adjust the tags and the number of active seats
- Set up a recurring or one-off email reminder
- Add SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification tags
Budget details
If you need to amend the budget set for the subscription, scroll down until you reach the Budget details section:
You can use the Edit button to:
- Change the budget amount and payment frequency
- Update the budget renewal date
- Allocate budget among teams
Once satisfied, confirm the changes by clicking Save changes.
If Approval flow is activated
Only the changes that the Team managers and Admins make will automatically apply. Otherwise, the requested changes will be sent for review to the Team manager and Admins.
If the budget amount is changed
You will be prompted to add or update the number of seats included in your subscription. If it is not seat-based, simply check the box to indicate that the application doesn't have seats:

You can check the history of requests and changes that the application has gone through in the Change history tab within the application:
