As your team grows and your software stack expands, you may find yourself needing to manage more applications than your current Cledara plan allows. 

Here is everything you need to know about checking your current limits, freeing up space, and upgrading your account.

Check your current limits

If you are an Admin or Finance, you can review your plan's specific card and application caps.

  • For your plan: Navigate to Settings > Account & Billing to see your real-time usage and current plan boundaries.
  • For other plans: To compare all available plans and their respective limits, you can visit our Pricing Page.

Free up space

Before committing to a plan change, you can optimize your current workspace. Disabling a card or an application will immediately free up a slot in your limit, allowing you to add a new tool or card in its place.

Review your list of applications regularly.

Regularly auditing your active applications is a great way to cut down on unused SaaS subscriptions and stay within your plan's threshold. Check this article to learn how to filter and export your applications.
