The My Tasks tab is your central hub for managing pending actions in Cledara. Whether you need to upload a receipt, approve a purchase, or manage team access, this page highlights exactly what requires your attention to keep your company's operations running smoothly.
My Tasks is divided into three key sections based on your user role and responsibilities:

Change Card Details
Dedicated to
Application Owners, Supplementary card holders, Admins, and Finance users.
What you can do
App Owners and Supplementary card holders can view a list of cards you are responsible for that require their payment details updated on the software vendor's website.
Admins and Finance users can oversee these tasks globally across the organisation via the All Applications view. They can also send reminders to Card Owners with a customised message for the task.

- View new card details
- Mark the task as complete once you have updated the payment method at the vendor's website
Missing Invoices
Dedicated to
Application Owners, SaaS Admins, and SaaS Finance users.
What you can do
App Owners can view a list of all transactions from the applications you own that do not yet have an invoice attached.
In the case of SaaS Admins and SaaS Finance users, you can view and manage missing invoices on behalf of App Owners:

- Upload invoices
- Add comments to transactions
- Resolve reminders if an invoice is not available
- Filter missing invoices by team (SaaS Admins and SaaS Finance only)
- Send email reminders about missing invoices (SaaS Admins and SaaS Finance only)
Automate your invoice process
Automatic invoice capture is available in our Premium and Pro plans.
Manually uploading invoices could take up a lot of time.
Cledara provides email integrations that automatically capture emails with SaaS invoices attached from your inbox, and push the invoices to the platform.
Application Access
Request Access is available in our IT management module.
Dedicated to
Access Owners (and App Owners, if there is no Access Owner assigned for the application)
What you can do
Manage the security and compliance of your assigned applications by keeping track of access provision and removal in Cledara.
